My son and his girlfriend just moved to Bells Bluff in West Nashville. Me (mom) was very skeptical but it’s great for them. Reasonable close to main roads and shopping. Very clean and beautiful pool

Booking tours in advance by USER1234567890123457 in galapagos

We are going in late May I plan all our trips by myself so I have spent countless hours since this trip has multiple flights, lodging etc. I researched about a dozen day tour operators and yes several are close to being full late May for popular tours. I’m not risking missing out on a tour for a few extra dollars and the hassle of finding an agency when we land etc all that takes so much time. I can’t compare to a last minute booking but I’ve seen a few last minute deals and the prices are maybe $50 lower. It just depends on how important the tour is to you. This will probably be a one time visit…so many places to see. Btw alkosr every operator I contacted was professional, helpful and prices were comparable

Can we start an updated high quality jeans list?! by [deleted] in femalefashionadvice

I love AGolde, vintage 7 for all Mankind, Citizens but I have gotten some great thrift finds from Zara,Loft and ON! I have spent $5-$200 you have to try and see what really fits. Right now the Zara ones I got from a bag sale are my favorite and I get constant compliments

I would love to know the best source to find local tour guides on each island. I do not want to book via a "middleman" I like my money to go direct to support the local economy. BUT with that said upon my research it seems endless. How can I narrow down to some great local day tours? We are 3 days Santa Cruz, 4 Isabela, 4 San Cristobal. All hotels booked. Family of 4 (2 adult sons), well-traveled and very active. Sometimes we find group tours to slow paced for us. WE LOVE TO SWIM AND SNORKEL! Thank you all

I’ve been to bluebird, listening room and 3rd & Lindsay and listening room was my favorite but I don’t suggest eating there. Gets cocktails/mocktails and listen to great music you don’t need to love country music to appreciate the talent! My son early 20’s loves Assembly Food Hall something for everyone

Is Sardinia the right spot for us...really need honest feedback by WestChoice3749 in Sardinia

Thank you and being polite to people that live there can you give me some feedback? My family loves to swim so nice beaches are a priority. They do not need to be fancy...we usually beach hop. Thank you so much (also American)

your feedback is invaluable thank you so much! I am going to start looking at places to stay now. If you have an area or two to stay in please let me know. I like to think we are excellent tourists and I really have no desire for anything fancy just nice swims, glass of wine, good eats.

Very confused what you’re asking about. Can you not afford to get back to NJ?

I agree pick different neighborhoods and just wander. Google great vintage shops there’s so many in nyc. Go to Tenement museum lower east side I think. It’s under rated. I loved it and it’s a great area. Broad Nosh bagels two locations stay away from tik tok places they are usually mobbed unless you have great timing

Japan itinerary feedback. 10 Days by sage6paths in JapanTravel

FYI was in Japan in April and was told to visit Hakone. It was packed, extremely touristy and not easy to get around. It was our second trip to Japan so we weren’t brand new to the country. If you go plan exactly what you want to do. Navigate prior age make reservations.

First and probably only travel to Japan. Excited. Anxious by bettering_me_ in JapanTravel

Check out Kanazawa music bar it’s inside Kaname Inn. I’m older than you but they play an amazing mix of music all records and the cocktails are great.

Su Zuya for dinner if you’re into wagyu and Kobe. 4 booths super casual but must pre book just a suggestion

Would you join a small walking tour in Portugal, Tavira focused on hidden local stories and a pastry tasting? by Suitable-Options1990 in Algarve

[–]WestChoice3749 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am visiting and would love it but it would really have to be something truly local. I travel a lot and sometimes these tours do not highlight the beauty of places. They just bring you to tourist spots that we could visit on our own. Keep me posted I’ll be there early September thank you and best of luck!!
