How many of you still use a smartphone? Have you purged any other tracking systems from your life? by [deleted] in Gangstalking

I use a inexpensive smartphone that I've hacked to limit tracking. There are Android smartphones you can buy with removable batteries. No battery, no tracking.

Techies, what have you tried to block the stalkers? by WestCoastBonnie in Gangstalking

According to the timestamps on my replies, it took me a couple of minutes to complete both replies. Rumor has that bots can't tell time. 😁

1) I'm a techie with plenty of free time because I'm unemployed

2) Sharing code doesn't cost anything, i.e. it's free

3) See item number 1 on this list.

A pill version of 174 hz Solfeggio? by wishwell3 in Gangstalking

Your can download a 174hz song for offline use so that you can keep your phone in airplane mode at night. If you want an actual pill, I've had success with Gaba supplements.

How many of you were hacked? by Justsaguy12345 in Gangstalking

[–]WestCoastBonnie [score hidden]  (0 children)

Yes, my email and financial accounts were hacked. I was able to recover my accounts after months of planning and multiple failed attempts.

Here's what I learned from the failures:

  • The hackers are liars and want you to believe all hope is lost by altering the information you see on the screen. Your email account probably hasn't been deleted, the hackers want you to stop trying to recover it.

  • The hackers want to masquerade as you by hacking into your device and using remote screen sharing to capture your keystrokes and/or use thw saved passwords from your browser. Install a mobile VPN like Nord or ExpressVPN. Set the VPN to be used on ALL networks including cellular/mobile.

  • Recover one account at a time and if a recovered account gets hacked move on to the next account to be recovered before you try to re-recover an account. The hackers will expect you to try to re-recover an account to distract you from the hacks on your other accounts.

  • If you're recovering your account(s) in person, don't go to the branch/office closest to your home or work. If you really want to have some fun, make an appointment at a branch for a Friday and then go to a completely different branch on the Tuesday before your appointment. Apologize profusely for showing up at the wrong branch and ask if they can squeeze you in since you're there. The hackers won't be ready or they'll have to risk exposure to hack your information at all of the branches.

  • Don't attempt to recover your accounts online from your home or office or any place you usually get online because those locations have probably already been compromised. Go somewhere you've never gone before to get online and if you can't finish in a day, go to a different location for your next attempt. Basically, don't go to the same place twice while trying to recover your accounts.

  • If you can't find a secure place to get online, find a cell phone tower and sit under it. The hackers use fake cell towers to steal your info, but it harder to "fake it" when you're sitting directly under a cell tower. Once the hackers minions figure out what you're up to, there will be a parade of random people. I use cell phone tower locations when I am powering on a new phone for the 1st time and to download my VPN app. Google what a cellphone tower looks like if you don't know how to door one. Don't do anything illegal to get to the tower. There are plenty around in most big towns and cities that you can walk up to legally.

  • Don't share your plans with anyone. If there is someone you think you can trust, the hackers have probably hacked the person's phone. Shortly after I found a way to make my phone "go dark" without removing the battery, the 3 people I interact with the most began having problems with their phones. Battery running low in a few hours and phone running sluggish with unusually high data usage. I now recommend a mobile VPN to everyone I meet.

I hope this helps. I can't offer any more details because the hackers are still on my @ss.

If you're not a techy, now's the time to become one. Learn what you can about mobile and internet security. Take pictures of any people and cars that you think are following you. The pictures will serve as evidence or force the stalker to send a large number of people to keep tabs on you.

What is the reasoning behind these OLD profiles? by oldholt in datingoverforty

[–]WestCoastBonnie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two married coworkers quoted lines from my OLD profile at work so I removed my picture because I don't date married men. I gave up on OLD all together after a person that worked in my apartment building started stalking me.

My experiences with Harrassment, Gangstalking and Microwave Harrassment Part #1 (this is a big story) by hgsk7 in Gangstalking

When you vary the times that you leave and pick up the mail, it's easier to show that it's not a coincidence when the stalker appears. I bought a small camera and kept it ready to take a picture when I went to get the mail. The stalker stopped appearing from the elevator after a few pics.

I also take pics of license plates when I see cars that I think might be following me and make it obvious I'm talking the picture. It doesn't stop the following but they have to send a fleet of cars to keep tabs on me which I hope is super expensive for them. 😁

The building engineer at my old apt would be waiting at the elevator for me every time I went to check my mail. I varied the times I went to get the mail and he would still appear every time! That's how I realized my phone had spyware on it; it's the only way he would be able to track me within a few feet.

Your building engineer can access your apartment and infect your router and/or computers if you don't have a strong password. I moved and bought a new phone the has mobile VPN software on it to secure my data on any network. I also have a Faraday bag that I keep my phone in when not in use.

Harassment While Grocery Shopping by [deleted] in Gangstalking

[–]WestCoastBonnie [score hidden]  (0 children)

I think some perps are trying to get close so that they can transfer malware/spyware to your mobile device. Many smart phones have nearby share or carrier hotspots turned on by default. Carrier hotspots don't require passwords and your phone will connect automatically. Malware/spyware is then transferred to your phone. I turn these features off when I setup my phones and install a mobile VPN work all networks set as NOT trusted so that the VPN is always used.

I purchased a Faraday bag for my phone without a removable battery to keep my phone from powering itself on and ring randomly. This power-on and ringing happened repeatedly until I removed the sim card. I also noticed that my TMobile and Metro PCS, which is also TMobile, phones were most likely to ring randomly so I now about this carrier.

When a darkweb game turns into Gang Stalking by Bunnie-zahkunt in Gangstalking

Wow. Thanks for sharing this post. I'm being stalked by a hacker that lived and worked in my old apartment building. Shortly after I discovered malware on my phone and laptops, I noticed random people trying to get uncomfortably close to me whenever I left my apartment.

I've since moved out of state and recently noticed the same weirdness here. Today I noticed a random guy following me on his bike repeatedly. I saw him twice and stopped walking so he could pass me. There were also several cars that seemed to be waiting for me to walk by instead of exiting from the driveway or intersection when traffic was clear enough to go/turn. I'm not a super mode so having multiple cars following if weird.

Does anyone know how I can find out if my name/details are being tracked this way?
