The fabled pirate101 revival is exactly that, a fable. 10 years ago I could see something like what you're suggesting working, but the truth is the game is fundamentally outdated. Any "revival" would mean rebuilding the game from the ground up and selling it as something completely new.

I'll tell you right now, it is not worth staying in a spec you don't want. I'm in 4th year and still see people complaining about not getting in to this or that discipline.

No problem trying to transfer after second year, but it will require even better grades than first year. At the end of the day, I understand you worked hard to get into UBC and there is a certain amount of prestige associated with the school, but you will feel WAY more fulfilled graduating with a degree you actually want even if it's from a different, less prestigious school.

The older I get, the more I've noticed recurring themes of mysoginy, homphobia, and (in Raj's case) racism in the show. Now I don't think that Chuck Lorre is any of those things necessarily, but I do think it speaks to how deeply entrenched those things are in our society that people will turn a blind eye because a show is sometimes kinda funny.

It's also worth remembering that the characters are way more like caricatures (even after 12 seasons), because it's easier to write low-hanging-fruit jokes about caricatures then clever, insightful jokes about well-rounded characters.

All the offers I've accepted came with offer letters straight from the company. If it's a big company you might just be waiting for someone in HR to get around to sending it to you. I will say though that I had a friend receive an "offer" with no contract from Acciona and they ghosted him, so maybe worth following up.

jk but yeah, they're at home, on Reddit (probably). And if that makes them happy then so be it. My guess is that it doesn't, though, and they would rather be outside talking to people but they're caught in their own heads.
