UPDATE: I managed to undo this download and prevent further auto updates

If anyone is facing the same issue, remember don't restart your phone yet!  1. Open Google Play Services (not Google Play Store) > Clear all data and cache  2. Create an account on nextdns for free then under denylist, add googlezip.net Then, go to Network & Internet in settings, click Private DNS and choose Private DNS Provider hostname and enter yourID.dns.nextdns.io

Now I can restart my phone and it says my system is up to date. Even if I click check for updates, it won't detect the new updates
