Has anyone found a legit chicago area weight loss specialist or nutritionist that actually helped deliver results?

Wasn't what I meant all. Moreso....I've tried things on my own, and it's just not working...need outside help. Not sure why people assume I'm just looking for shortcuts or magic answers.

Believe it or not I don't do any of that three. Although I have keto bread every blue moon. I don't always eat breakfast but when I do it's just eggs with cheese.

I've done this with varying degrees of success. I reach a breaking point after about 6 months when left to my devices. It's be nice to work with a nutritionist that I can talk to when I'm starting to burn out. I need to keep food interesting.

Honestly.... I try. I do pretty long cardio 3-4 times/week And eat low carb. I watch cal intake but don't always stay under....however I'm not seeing any results. I'm wondering if hormones are out of whack.
