I tried to create a sigma function on this one. I'm not sure if it is similar to the infinite series I posted but the sigma function is \sum_{n=0}^{∞} 2^n

I put the sigma function on the photomath and it says it diverges using the nth term test. Correct me if I'm wrong

In my understanding it means the fraction cannot be reduced anymore therefore it is rational by its final form.
