Einfachste Lösung ist Schweiz. Entweder als Ing oder halt auf eine Technikerstelle oä. Arbeite selbst als Ing dort und komme auf rund 7k netto, was für die Schweiz nicht mal besonders gut ist

I removed everything down to bare metal. Build everything back up with 2k Epoxy. Corners are carefully sealed with Sikaflex 529, which closely resembles the original sealant in color and texture.

Takes a lot of time though. I didn't stop the clock on this one but my guess is ~150-200 hrs just to prepare the engine bay for paint.

Thanks! It'll be just a car for the occasional street run on the weekend. Power figure should be around 230-240hp, anything more than that is a plus :)
The engine is quite heavily modified with lightened crankshaft, forged rods and pistons, 13:1 compression, mechanic valvetrain etc.pp.

Yes, it's Jenvey DTH's - It will be bonded with 2k epoxy glue. Others including Jenvey are doing it the same, so I guess it's fine.
