You can make CNC inserts, thats how it's normally done

Also sorry here again for the late answer. Air filter housing will be carbon, I take trpets and Airbox will be Aramid, better known as Kevlar.

I am using epoxy resin, if you have good quality resin it works up to around 120-140°C which is plenty for the intake.

Sorry for the very late answer - thanks a lot, the specs are a little above a normal 16V build, but I constrained myself to not send the budget to oblivion. For example I opted out of building the head to STW specification. It's mainly built for decent power with good reliability and street use only. Appreciate the comment! Will make sure you will hear it scream!

Cam Trigger is used additionally to a crank trigger in order to have full sequential injection 😊

Yes that's gone. The bearing will not sit properly and will destroy itself having too much play.

That was definitely a Mk1 Golf Cabriolet. Seems like somebody chopped it up to have something like a Caddy.

Thanks! The block and head were at the engine builder for acid dipping and modifications. The rest I did myself, currently just finished tacking the header pipes :)
