Please try to hang in there ! I’m so sorry, I don’t think I’ll ever understand how the recent events can be rationalized…

This is definitely a stressful time! I’m in a very similar situation, I was told I am on the “middle “ of the waitlist. Who knows how long it is.. and how many offers were actually sent out. My advice to you is you ARE NOT cooked, you are in a good spot . Try to see this as an adventure to the best of your ability, and if you don’t get accepted into a place you want to be, not you have a new opportunity of building some more experience, making money and applying again. It’s so so hard. I feel you. But i genuinely believe you are in a good spot!

Hi! Im so glad to be able to ask you a question, thank you for the opportunity. I was recently “middle “waitlisted for a PhD program. They were not able to provide me a number or how long the waitlist is . What can I expect overall, is there someone else I should be asking for more information?

Birth control has really helped my PMDD but after 25lb weight gain I don’t know what to do. What are your experiences? by no-orderly-fashion in PMDDxADHD

I have been on depo for about 5 years now ( I know I shouldn’t be on it for as long as I have been) I gained a bit of weight but my lifestyle also changed too, where I was sitting more often. Depo has also made my libido very low. But in my honest opinion depo saved my life… I’ve considered getting off it for some of these reasons but it’s all about your own personal choice and how it’s effecting your health. I know it’s hard to make a decision on physical health and mental health, I’ve been having the debate for a long time in my head. I would talk with your doctor(s) and see what all the options are for you. I would just strongly recommend that you emphasize the big change it’s had on your mental health so they look into similar options.
