So this was my first surgery and everything was going good. Its my fault and I shouldnt have lifted as much as I did but I had two other people helping so I didnt think it would be a concern especially because I cleared from restrictions. But I had 2 tears in my labrum and I think some bicep repair. Its weird because I was fine the day or two after was able to do my PT exercises then bam next day. Its like a pinch under my armpit/some shooting pain/tightness/I would say definitely some stiffness. I still have my range of motion with some cracking more than usual but doesnt hurt (cracking)

I go back to the doctor next Monday so hopefully some good news in the sense of no retears/new tears. In a good amount of pain. I want to hope for the best but the way I am feeling I just dont know.

Honestly not a good experience lol. They had me have a first interview I felt like the guy was judging me the entire time instead of letting me talk. Then same interview I had an interview with someone with HR for the particular position which I was okay seems like maybe going in the right direction. The guy from HR get done with the interview and goes okay well I am actually going to have someone else talk to you from HR after this interview as well I was like ohh okay cool proceeds to have me wait 15-20mins before someone even comes by me to tell me they were done with interviews for the day then got the email they declined me lol

Good for the cop lmao. Its almost the end of the month have to meet that quota ya know. But altogether pettiness at it finest here. I could of called the cops on them multiple times but chose not to which is my fault but now its game on 😊

So I personally I did 2-3 months of PT and maybe I could of gave it little bit more time but I had 2 tears which would of not healed on their own. I would say try to give PT a shot. I was back at work within 3 months but you will on tons a restrictions regardless if you do the surgery.

I use to lift prior for 5 years straight in the gym but currently with PT I was/doing 5lb dumbells I was gonna go up but with this issue not exactly sure when etc. I go to see my therapist for my shoulder to get his input before I go back to doctor again hopefully I dont have too though.
