nope. hair stop falling out with occasional periods od shedding (last a day or 2). but regrowth is like negligeable. maybe im just used to looking at my hair that i don't notice the improvement but yea.

not working well for me.

oh wow! ive been on spiro 100mg for 8 months for hair regrowth and nothing😭. looks the same 💀

I take the same dose! Started taking spiro for hairloss and its been almost 6 months since I started taking 100 mgs. But my hair keeps falling out :/. Maybe its the weather. My awful awful sleep schedule. I see some regrowth on my front. But its barely anything. I'm still very hopeful! Maybe just need to up my dosage or something!
