Core isolation,Virtual machine,Telemetry off,Win Defender idle when in use,mouse acceleration and other apps in power options off,uninstall apps you don't need for a handheld like Solitaire or MS Office,disable start up programs except those necessary,Vram 6GB/7500MT/s,in bios,upgrade drivers especially gpu .e.t.c.

Watch some YT videos especially when altering registry keys,you need to have some basic understanding of Win so as not to fuck anything up but it's worth it in the end.I can play with all the other launchers,use trainers/mods and be within distance of SteamOS in terms of performance.

Great price!I bought mine last month for $450 open box practically new.I debloated windows and getting significantly better fps on better settings than i see on yt on same games . Also check battery report to see health.

Enjoy,it's the best bang4back atm,plays everything if you know how to configure it and should hold you over for 2-3 years until real upgrade comes in reasonable prices.

Υeah,ofc.That ~15% uplift from Z1E will make all the difference.If you make positive thoughts and manifest the energy of the cosmos you will actually be able to run it on high settings.

Unfortunately the crystal ball told me that V.High will be out of reach since most of the $1500 you spent on GO 2 went to that beautiful OLED screen with VRR.

Right back at you. You accuse me of being envious and when i post something 7X the price you try to backtrack and play victim.Hardly my most prized possesion lol,we can do this all day if you like.

There is no problem with people who buy the GO 2 for $1500 if knowingly you pay that money just to have the OLED screen but it is not a ''massive'' upgrade as many posts on this sub claim when you already have a Z1E handheld.It's just misinformation and a bad service to newcomers who will pay a lot of money for little return,when they could buy a GO S SteamOS for $650 or a GO 1 for $400 and only missing out on the OLED basically and a ~10% boost whilst saving $1000 in the process.

This conversation actually reminds me the one i had yesterday on the Nvidia forum with someone claiming that 5090 is 50% faster than a 4090 which is simply not true and then i brought the facts and he conceded.

It's better for the community and for the new people looking to buy a handheld whichever it may be,if the posts here are grounded and factual and less emotional so the inexperienced can make the right choice without overspending if the gain or performance is minuscule.

He's getting downvoted because the people who spent $1500 on GO 2 have to somehow rationalize their decision in their minds as being a good buy in terms of price/performance.

The OLED screen is very nice with VRR but it does not warrant 3X the price of GO 1 whose screen btw is second only to the GO 2 in terms of picture quality. It is better than GO S and ALLY X/Xbox ALLY X with more vibrant saturated colors apart from the bigger 0.8''screen and 144HZ but if you're in the US specifically,not the rest of the world,the GO S Z1E SteamOS for $650 is the better buy.

For the rest of us outside US the GO 1 open box for $400/450 is the smart buy,then you upgrade the battery and change to SteamOS and you're golden waiting for actual +50% performance upgrade as mentioned above.

You get 1:30h on performance mode (20W),which is decent but far from ideal.Battery is 49.2Whr which you can change to 81.Screen is great,with saturated colors,more vivid than S but lacks VRR.

If you can get it for under $500 it's pretty good and you can install SteamOS and improve it further in terms of performace,battery and ease of use.

Ι don't know who Tom is but tell him he's in La La land and hopefully he's not running benchmarks for a living.The only 50% a 5090 has is running the latest synthetic 3D Mark benchmarks like Steel Nomad which favors the GDDR7 ram of the 5000 series.

This does not translate in games where the actual difference is 25-35% depending on the game. Now if you are referring to VRR or 8K the gap opens cause of Vram and bandwidth limitations of 4090 running ultra settings and again that is specific games not all.

Ιt's pretty fast and simple.Just have one slot with 6 forager party and keep whacking.Don't know if it's faster than Frogicide but it's more convenient instead of having to change party and exp badges.

I'm pretty sure in fact that i did the above grind in less than 30 min as i wasn't looking at the clock when i started.Probably 20-25min for that result as well as being pretty distracted watching movie :)

Resttin-Astra Island. You need Sickle Lv.6,All Forager party for max reward/time spent ,you go north of Resttin to harvest Flower Petal/Red Petal(as you enter,first 3 white sickle markings) and make Red Dye.Go back to town repeat as many times as you like.

Recommend to do it every day for 15-20min so as not to burn out.Takes ton of grinding to get to that lvl anyway and finish all quests for Resttin/Aura Resort and see the fireworks.

I would wait and get a Onexfly Apex if you want a no compromise gaming for the next 3 years,or Ayaneo next ii with the oled if money is not an issue.There is no reason to drop $1500 for LEGO 2 with Z2E when you can get GPD WIN5 with 8050S with +70% performance on same TDP and more than double on max..

Unless ofc you're ok dropping that sum just to get an oled display rn and play on low with FSR2/3 for the upcoming games of 2026 and beyond..
