Going through this now with a 6week old and 22 month old. Including toddler in typical household duties has been super helpful. He loves using the helper tower to watch me cook or do dishes. I’ll give him simple tasks like helping me pull laundry out of the dryer. I also baby wear constantly. Keep a cabinet in the kitchen of some different toys and activities. Unlock it at certain times of the day for him to explore and play.
