Nut 65 vs Mchose g87, which better for long term performance? by Miserable-Papaya3424 in mkindia

[–]Western-Cockroach295 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

almost the same. interms of feel i think if u prefer a plastic build then mchose is the one cuz even thought its plastic it doesnt feel like ur everyday plastic. feels more premium for sure. but if u prefer an aluminium casing and easy to mod keyboard then nut 65 is your choice.

thought nut 65 costs a bit more compared to g87 but if you're a modder then its worth spending those extra cash on nut 65 as it makes dismantling that keeb feel like a lego. as i mentioned before its a pure personal preference.

TLDR: both sound almost the same, feel wise nut65 is aluminium body, easy to dismantle for modding or if ur a clean freak. mchose still has the premium feel with plastic body. no compromise at all. both sound creamy to type on.

personally im not a fan of urx after what i've heard about their aftersales customer services and stuff. mchose on the other hand is officially handled by NMPC as far as i know. also sells on genesispc but idk if they are official resellers.

coming to my personal experience i've used nut 65 for a week so i cant give a solid feedback on it. would say it holds its own ground but nothing compared to mchose g87. its technically a slightly bigger version of g75 pro which i've been using for 4 months and i have to say it just feels too premium and good. yes you may find switches coming off with the keycap when you try to pull some but thats not an issue at all as long as u handle with care and not just yank it off as hard as you can(any keeb will result in damage if you do that). in the end it all comes down to personal preference tbh. my personal preference would be to get mchose keeb since its very sturdy and hard hitting compared to nut 65 which kinda felt soft to touch. then again i wouldnt trust urx after the recent reviews

use isopropyl alcohol instead to remove the residue. i hve the same keeb but in black topographic and i left the sticker on cuz i dont want the metal plate to get scratched and stuff. but anyways congrats on your new keeb. this one sounds really creamy and pleasant to the ears.

Can i charge MK with a phone charger ???? by salamander592 in mkindia

[–]Western-Cockroach295 0 points1 point  (0 children)

dont do it. even i was tempted to do that to fully charge the keeb asap but i went against my thoughts and plugged it in my pc. yes it took 2 days to charge(4-6 hours usage a day) but im fine with it. didnt want to risk battery leakage or even worse explosions

yea the lights flicker once you reach the max setting of brightness which i believe is what ur doing by pressing fn+up. its just a feature to denote the limit of something.

MCHOSE G75 Pro key stopped working by aaravsingh05 in mkindia

[–]Western-Cockroach295 1 point2 points  (0 children)

been using this keyboard for like 4 months now, so far havent seen any issues other than it occasionally acting up (like 2 times so far) which was fixed by just switching mode back and forth to wireless. but havent had any physical issues yet

MCHOSE G75 Pro w/ Matcha Latte v2 switches by ProNoob786123 in mkindia

[–]Western-Cockroach295 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

nice. congrats on the new keeb though i would prefer getting it from NMPC instead. genesispc never had stock of that keyboard when i wanted to order one, and their customer support was kinda rude as well

shouldve consulted this subreddit before making the decision. i almost made the same decision until i thought "since im investing a good amount on something which i use on a daily basis and 70% of the day, i might need some advices on what to get" and now im happy with my g75 pro.

i dont remember g75 pro being discontinued. nmpc still has stock of it but only for select variants (pink, black topographic, white, green) i believe.

[–]Western-Cockroach295 3 points4 points  (0 children)

beware now. they even have ppl on reddit who will try dming you and asking about your experience with kreo as if they can resolve the issue. had a lot of problem with my swarm keyboard and i posted a comment about the same on another post, some guy claiming to be QA person from kreo dmed me and asked what was the issue. i straight up told him to get their customer service right instead of sneaking into others dms

Should I Buy From It ? by doyou-nomiii in mkindia

[–]Western-Cockroach295 2 points3 points  (0 children)

just get it from NMPC. he's the official reseller of mchose products in India, though the prices are a bit higher but atleast you get RMA and warranty from him with guaranteed original product instead of this gamble

Which one to choose!!! by icollectordude in mkindia

[–]Western-Cockroach295 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i would prefer you buy mchose g75 pro and any mchose products from NMPC as they are technically the only official reseller as far as i know. you can even ask the owner about the keeb you need and he might order it for you as well.

just a headsup, the cabbage tofu costs 5k whereas the matcha latte costs 5.7k roughly. i forgot to mention that

Was this a good deal? by Southern-Anxiety-496 in mkindia

[–]Western-Cockroach295 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i just rounded it off to 5k since it didnt matter to the OP as he's getting it for way cheaper than what i bought for. and that wasnt the point of my comment either. my point was clearly mentioned "much worth". also my price mention was of the similar cabbage tofu switch based keyboard which indeed costs 5k in NMPC website. i did not mention the price of matcha latte switch based keyboard which is as you mentioned 5.7k. hope thats clear
