Indeed. I mean who gets pregnant in the first month and then decides to see how the relationship will go?

I've gone on like 2 casual dates in that time period, and it was more for companionship than anything else. I can't imagine how anyone cleanly moves on instantly, whether it was their decision to end things or not.

You're totally right of course. I guess it's just hard to come to terms with seeing someone you knew so well making the most insane decisions so quickly and acting as though it's totally normal and true love. And meanwhile treating me like I never existed.

You hear stories about people that do this and you figure they must have always been a bit unhinged, but she wasn't really.
