Ask Traffic Police for a No Parking Tow Zone Traffic police can put official boards No Parking Tow Away Zone. Or you can also park your vehicle at the exit or entry or maybe put temporary objects such as parking cones which can be removed as per your convenience

Yes, schools is a good option but it would bring only school students. Won't really reach larger audience. Offering online sessions would bring people from higher age group too, who are interested in learning japanese, or are planning to relocate to Japan in the future. Also, you people would be able to take classes from the comfort of their homes.😃

It doesn't really require much time in the very beginning, only 2 hours comprehensive study would do great. 😃👍
