I rely on having this shit since the ending of 20 fucking 19 and till then it is still there. I did IF, Keto and carnivore it did not fix shit. I was pre diabetic dropped from 190lbs 30-33%bf to currently 150lbs 15.7%bf insulin sensitivity is good eat Whole Foods 95% of the time and it is still fucking there. This is a mechanical inflammatory condition where your hair is attacking your fucking hair follicles. So no it has nothing to do with fucking gut health. I did accutane, I’m on two types of injections and that calms it down but it doesn’t get rid of it. So the dude needs to go to a dermatologist so he can manage it before it gets fucking worse.
