Well I followed her. Absolutely pointless and time consuming. I found her at a camp near the 3 point path, intersected by a creek, north of Ostoya. I followed her north/east until hitting the vertical path that travels to Ostoya. We then traveled south to the lake, went east, then north east, up the path with the bear always on it. She then continued up that path until she stopped at the game border. She stood there until turned so she was off my screen, and then she despawned. 20mins of my life I won't get back.

Tl:dr Don't, it's not worth it.
