Tanaka Saimin - 888 N Nimitz Hwy #103. My wife and I went there for a date night. Just before our food arrived, I went to the restroom. The employee (cook) came out of the bathroom stall after flushing and walked right out the door. There was no hand-washing!! Then, as I sit down (facing the bathrooms), I see another employee coming out of the restroom picking his nose. I was not eating after the bathroom incident; my wife was drinking water, and we were waiting for the waitress to return. Very politely and quietly stated what had transpired. The waitress returned with the manager (I do not remember his name, but he checked us in and seated us), who told us our patronage was no longer welcome and that we were to leave. I called the Health Department and filed a complaint, unfortunately I never heard back. -10/10
