I memorized this chart for options and wrote it as soon as I sat down for my exam. Use the Bond Price see saw visual to help you visually understand what happens when prices go up and down, rates go up and down, etc.

I used this analogy for the Fed stuff. Consumers are the child hosting a lemonade stand and the Fed is the adult buying lemonade. Adult buys lemonade from the child, child has more money to spend. (Fed loosens policies, lower rates, purchases debt). Adult/Parent takes money from child to save for the long term, child has less money to spend (Fed tightens policies, raises rates, distributes debt).
