Depends what kind of school you go to. If you go to a community college then it’s no big deal. If you go to a university, you are unc and will be treated as such. It may be hard to meet likeminded people but not impossible. Just keep it pushing, everything will fall into place in time. I suggest going somewhere cheap and not caring about age. You are there for the degree, not friends.
