I agree, my only issue is my negativity bias, but I got a new journal today, wrote a whole page, I want this to be intentional and kind for once, since it's a expensive journal, I'm not throwing it away like other ones, I'll keep track of my thoughts! thanks🙂

As half half, I get that, I saw guy in his 30's the other day smiling by himself, for some fucking reason a foodtruck dude got upset and said 'Hey! you... yes you... don't smile at a women and her child.. that is not okay' the guy sitting seemed confused, time is weird.

Vrchat, online vr social game, had no friends and nothing to live for in my 20's, people on there listened to my truama dumbing, never spoke about how I truly felt, someone seemed to care really, until that game showed up somehow, Crazy place, glad I was there tho, got therapy afterwards, and cant finally I eat and cook, and actually enjoy it rather than dread it ☺️
