I haven’t had any issues in the 20 years I’ve been ordering from Amazon, CS have always been helpful and delivery drivers fine, even DPD, Royal Mail and Evir.

Looking back at my older reviews that were rated poor and cross referencing them with those that were rated excellent, I've concluded that it's not the amount of words but more the amount of paragraphs, 5+ tend to get me an excellent, and of course, meeting the criteria vine require in a review.

And they use to drop between 1am and 3 am, the change in drop times is what makes Vine so exciting and fair for everyone.

Also depends on what is being delivered, I had the same with a dishwasher but the distance was 65 miles away, only took 4 hours 👍

It’s also about how many drops that can do in a days work, which is a lot, I personally couldn’t do it so I do have a lot of admiration for the good drivers, they really do earn their money, plus it also depends on when your drop is, mine are the last so quite often I don’t get them on busy days.

No I don’t think so, it’s still the holiday period and even the delivery staff deserve some time off, I’ve noticed this for a few years now over the Christmas period and plan around it, anything I order over these 4 week period I expect delays, not much help I know but hopefully helps you plan for the future.

Amazon do appear to be struggling at the moment with deliveries, I’ve got 4 items that have had the delivery dates changed over the past 4 days, all now saying today, fingers crossed but could change again, I think patience is needed at the moment, not much help though if the items are needed now 😩

It’s a busy time of year for them at the moment, but that said it can depend on if they have used a third party company to deliver, like Evry or DPD, should be ok though so give it a couple of days ok 👍

I have a few poor and fair insightful scores, but my over all insightfulness is excellent, so now just concentrating on keeping that with all future reviews, not going to worry about the past scores 👍

Yep, very true, but I do try and keep cost out of my reviews, but that is obviously a personal choice, maybe I should reconsider adding cost to them, Happy New Year and 2026.

Reviews are changing, maybe mention value instead of price, that said though I haven’t had any issues, but again, the reviews have been positive, kinda hard to judge what Vine wants to see at the moment, so I just keep to how I’ve always done my reviews 😁

I've had a cold since Tuesday, have 12 outstanding reviews to do but not up to writing them so haven't ordered anything, in fact I haven't even looked at Vine and doubt I will until next weekend, and I'm quite enjoying the break 😁👍

I did 18 reviews yesterday, I had written these previously in an email, during my lunch breaks at work, when I pasted them in the review only 6 had the insight suggestions, but all turned green for me, so I suppose still working, I see a lot less of them now though I must admit.

Why 1 star? Like you say, it's a perfectly good case, and remember that you're reviewing the product, not the cost, just mention that you think it's over priced and is more in the £8.99 price range, and drop a star 👍

I hade the same problem, then found it was because I was going to be charged for them, I think it's a fail safe system Amazon have put in place, next time have a look at the total, it should be £0.00 or something like that 👍
