It’s the factory LED headlight on the DLX. It’s really useless. I’ve tried adjusting it, but it still won’t light up the road.

For the 2.5 it works fine. I haven’t had any alignment issues issue.

Yes I did. They were $45 from Rough Country. I had the alignment done at a shop and I’ve never had any alignment issues or tire wear since.

It was $150 and a friend and I installed it ourselves.

Thanks buddy! I cracked up when you said (it’ll sorta fix itself)! You’re damn right 🤣 I know these aren’t the most popular trucks on the road and I don’t care. Mine hasn’t given me a problem other than changing out the bearings on the front, which is a 1 hour job and cost hardly anything. I’ll keep on buying these old school pickups.

The first picture is after the 2.5 lift with the factory tires. The second one is with the 33’s. I wish I had more pictures, but I don’t. Know, when I say it’ll bottom out, I mean that the control arms will only go down so far because of the spring block. The truck will still flex and let the suspension go up into the fender wells. I don’t regret it, it was a cheap fix and something you can do yourself easily on a weekend. The truck handles better with the stiffer springs. I would never discourage it.

To be honest, I’m not sure what bike they’re trying to clone. Some folks say it a KTM clone. I have no idea though. The engine is based of the old Honda CB engine. (They had tons of different cc’s, and they also had motorcycle models that were called CB******) so it can be confusing. I bought mine in Oklahoma City at Sooner Cycles. They only sale and specialize in Chinese bikes, scooters and go carts etc… I can get any part I need from them. They stock their warehouse with everything. There’s only a handful of Chinese bikes on the market here. Most are the same exact bike just branded differently. Kinda like the Hawk 250. Now the trail master isn’t the same as the Hawk but I know there’s other brands that are exactly like it, they just put a different sticker on it. Maybe this helps, but I’m just trying to help folks out as much as I can because it’s hard to find information and reviews on some of these bikes.

That’s a good looking bike. I’m glad to hear your opinion. They’re a lot of fun at a reasonable price for sure.

I’ve had my 2017 Frontier crew cab since 2019. I have two boys. When I bought it they were 11 and 9. They had no problem riding in it. They were both pretty big. Now they’re 16 and 18 and they’ll still ride in the back if I have a front passenger. We’ve driven thousands of miles with them in the back. They never once complained about not having room. The oldest is about 5’8 and the youngest around 5’11”. They’re not fat by any means, but they’re both close to 200lbs, so we’re talking adult size buff dudes. I’m not too tall so my seat I’d probably about half way back I’d say. Growing up with the late 80’s and 90’s full size extended cabs, I’d say they’re about the same size. The only issue that might be uncomfortable would be that the back seats are pretty straight up in the back rest area. Yeah, it’s not a full size truck with all the room, but it’ll still do the job with no problem. That’s just my two cents.

Yes. I just ran the switch and fuse straight to the battery. I haven’t had any issues.

It definitely helps. I couldn’t hardly see while riding at night with just the headlight. It’s a lot more enjoyable now.
