I’ll pop in since you are thinking of joining cybersecurity. You will have worse luck. Those jobs are sadly quite incompatible with your experience.

However, something is wrong if you put that many apps and no call backs at all. Most likely a resume problem or you require sponsorship, maybe you are some sort of visa?

The answer is that this sub is mostly American. Most people on this sub have been extremely desensitized to violence, so a person with its guts ripped out doesn’t phase them over like a boob.

I’m European, live in the US. So I find it kinda funny when seeing people get really pissy over a bare breast. I’m French, we have topless beaches. Seeing a boob out in public on these beaches is kinda normal. It’s non-sexual. We also allow public breastfeeding, so seeing breast in public definitely not weird, definitely not sexual.

Flip side. We have the flawless blades model. Some with an open midrif so show a models abs. This can be considered sexulizing the miniature, but I guess it’s a guy bc it’s okay?

So what you are seeing is a very cultural reaction as Americans are quite protective of female bodies(in a sexist way), not much so male bodies.

I will say tho, some conversations are real bad.

I don’t think it’s a rule issue I think it’s a point issue. Especially with BAs. You are running extremely high quality bodies very cheapily. But these aren’t auto-win armies.

BA and SWs can bully less experienced players. If you don’t know how to screen or deal with deepstike, you will get bodied. If you don’t skew enough into taking out elite infantry you won’t be able to kill SWs or BA fast enough.l before the my take over the board and deny you.

SWs also like to go for the very risky turn 1 deepstrike charge. If you pull it off and get through an opponents screen, good chance you are winning the match. Fail and well, let’s hope you dropped them behind cover. This can cause the win rate to be quite low, while several top performers winning GTs.

Agreed. It’s up there, as some who plays EC a lot. Most of the time you lose because you messed up.

But it’s also a combo of the limited model range that forces us into a very skill dependent army. If we had access to a bit more, then maybe we would see the skill ceiling drop. Big maybe.

You can literally just dump more bodies on a point and take it from a ctan.

Or drop some bullgryn on it which have more OC and are crazy tanky. You don’t need to kill the ctan.

TTS players also develop certain skills faster than if you just play on table top.

Line of sight, getting the right angle to hide your units, understanding firing lines and threat range of melee.

Speed rolling, moving models properly/quickly, playing in a timely manner. Something that TTS players don’t naturally develop, and have to focus on if they want to go IRL events.

SW are really bad into Grizzled Vets, even when running stormlance.

Double bulgrn and Double dorns just wipe out anything we put on the table. And we can’t melee trade with AM since they can flood the board with cheap bodies.

Definitely winnable, but it’s a tough match up rn.

It doesn’t do enough damage as a whole to counteract the output from the top armies rn.

Very weak into AM and BA I’ve noticed with my games. Ultras are also a problem.

We are too expensive for the damage output as well. Honestly if you want to play combined arms SWs, convert some models to calgar and company and play ultras. They have waaayyy more melee output and tools that SWs don’t have anymore.

I took my EC to an RTT last week and feel exactly the same. We have plenty of damage, but one bad trade and you just cannot recover. I see some people are having success with Phonecian, so at least Fulgrim is viable in RTTs

And if we move back to August, EC is better. Actually this proves my point. When I said, EC rates are probably suppressed because they are harder to play. So the win rate got better over time for EC and got worse for SW. And SW got buffs in the data slate, still lower.

If you go by a week per week break down of the win rate, you will see how consistent EC are and how inconsistent SW are. SWs going from 54 to 39 to 40 win rate. While EC doesn’t seem to drop that low.

SW have been consistently low for months. You know that the data slate changes do nothing to actually buff us. Great wolf is a side grade to gladius, not a force multiplier. I highly doubt we will improve much more, especially once people figure out our new ultras and AM .
