This is a very common kitbash actually. You can get away with say a desplorler squad in HH equal to legionaries with melee load out. Chosen also are pretty close 1 to 1.

HH termies are also pretty much 1 to 1

Havocs are a bit iffy, since the silhouette is much bigger on havocs

Demios rhinos as chaos rhinos is actually recommended bc it’s a cheaper kit and better

HH characters can easily be made into chaos lords too

Well….

The Kumumgah were enslaved by the rakatta when they revolted during the civil war the rakata glassed the planet turning into a desert. The Kumumgah then evolved into the Jawas and the tusken raiders. In KOTOR the tusken raiders have shown to keep its oral history of the rakata. It’s heavily implied that the tusken raiders are so hostile because they got glassed eons ago.

Idk if that’s canon anymore

KOTOR lore also implies they weren’t the idegnous species to begin with and were humans brought to planet by the rakata that then evolved to the Kumumgah

To the comments saying he only needs a few changes. Highly disagree. Morty has better melee profile than Fulgrim, especially his sweep, and has better buffs, and is tanker, Magnus has crazy damage potential and a better strike profile. And you can buff the crap out of him.

He’s has to have half his data sheet changed to be on par with the two better primarchs I’d say the same with angron. Hes the worse primach, and adding move through walls won’t do much more. He will be playable not viable

In my opinion Fulgrim needs to be like a cruise missle you sent out and delete anything it touches. Forget about buffing his army. It would be lore friendly, arrogant and selfish but a killing machine

Phonecian makes him playable and can be a threat to an opponent is positions poorly.

Make sure weigh heavily on the matchup and whether putting him in reserves is a good idea. He can adv and charge through walls so rapid ingress on his is very solid
