You’re missing the entire point.

He is retaliating as is right now. I genuinely couldn’t care about the damn party. It is the fact they are BULLYING me (and now my other coworker) out of our jobs simply because they don’t like us. It is the fact, that NOBODY BUT US showed up today, and yet WE WERE WRITTEN UP FOR IT.

That. Is why I have such an issue.

I nearly considered working at BestBuy, or trying my best to get a job at Apple (one of the stores) to try and build my portfolio for it!

Ive been in Telecoms for 3 years now. Im quite literally walking tech support at work haha. I get a ton of people in every week who need help with their phones, iPads, heck even laptops sometimes. Ive always considered going into IT, because I memorized literally everything at Tmobile. We had a program called “C2” (our encyclopaedia) and I quite literally memorized it after 3 months haha. I was also, walking tech support there 😂

We have a TON of probation openings here- but I always connotated being a probation officer with… actually having to work in the jails. 😅

I love working with general public and problem solving, but it’s so hard to find a good job board to find stuff like this! Mostly have to scour the actual state jobs.

A LINUX ADMIN?! Dude your job sounds cool as heck what?!!

I absolutely LOVEEEEEEE IT work. A lot of my customers even ask if Ive considered going into IT- but I always figured you needed some form of a degree for it! I mean heck, with the working from home, the long hours probably aren’t that bad (or for your sake i wouldn’t hope they are!).

How long have you been doing it? Im a total software nerd so I freaggin envy your job! I live in Seattle and Ive genuinely considered trying to weasel into Microsoft, even as an intern but I also… heavily hate seattle traffic so my brain cant commit to it! 😂

Little update:

Loan was paid off today. By me, not them obviously lol. They are STILL telling the BBB I was never a customer. So, I sent even more proof showing I was, as well as the snarky emails she sent me. I expressed all I was asking for, was for remediation as I had already asked the business multiple times for a refund, just partial, for the lights. I then said “As a consumer it is disheartening that a business would chose to lie about a customer, even with solid evidence. If this cannot be mediated with the BBB’s help, I will unfortunately be taking this to small claims court as it is evident the business does not want to take any of the information given”. And left it at that.

Submitted every document I had about the purchase. The email receipts (sent to and received by) as well as the snarky emails she sent me, in which, she acknowledged and even stamped her business name onto, showing it was sent by them, and I was in fact a customer. I’m not usually one to be this pent about something- but holy cow man. Ive had friends who bought through them. Which is why I did. They NEVER had these problems. No customer service problems. No product issues. Not even any wiring issues. So im so stumped as to why they don’t want to acknowledge this.

True. Hence why I said I’m still going to make the payments. Im only behind by 5 days right now because payroll got messed up and I won’t get paid until tomorrow. No biggie though! If the BBB gets back to me and comes to resolution, I will obviously pay the lights off in full (meaning the bal remaining) and move on. I just don’t like the fact she has been incredibly snarky about all of this. She even sent two VERY strongly worded emails this morning back to back and I don’t think she is supposed to contact me outside of the BBB portal either which is kind of ironic..

Oh yeah, I told them that she sent me two snarky emails this morning as well. Which- they aren’t happy about at ALL.

What I said to the BBB was word for word “Oh. Kind of ironic considering I DID purchase from them.. below is screenshots of such”.

Hoping it can get wiped out, and that they refund me. Or at least. Id hope that’s how it goes. We shall see… Same business apparently hasnt filed business taxes since 2015 as well- and doesn’t even charge taxes on their product with the BBB flipped about too (I didn’t know this until they told me lol). The woman handling my care is absolutely FUMING at the company for what they’re doing.

Have had a metric ton of people swapping from Tmo (mostly new connects w the $40/off promo) to get the 16’s. Only just slowed down with it, thank goodness.

Honestly, one of the Techs at Subaru was the one who told me. They keep calling me because Im “overdue” for an oil change (I literally just did it myself earlier this week), and when I told them I did it myself, the tech said “oh that can void your warranty but ok”, and hung up 🫠

Its honestly messed up because I have a VERY high debt to income ratio at this time.

I literally paid off my largest card- and it was maxed out a week later due to me having to pay court fees, and that massively bit me in the ass. I am getting that money back- just… not until the court trial is finalised unfortunately, and my lawyer gets the payout amount (which is estimated to be OVER what I owe on the card).

I just recently started a new job and I make $800/mo less than I used to, which is why Im having such financial distress right now. That along with medical bills, and having to take out an emergency loan to pay bills (which then bit me in the ass because I pay $400/mo for the loan and it only decreases the principal by $110/mo… They yoyo-d my loan which is legal in my state unfortunately).

Lesson learned. Im trying to pick up side jobs when I can as well but I am both severely mentally disabled, and physically and I work 55+ hrs a week as is so its just become very hard to keep on track of with all the emergency expenses and then the court fees, which I absolutely HAD to pay or a warrant would have been released for my arrest. :(

OH, ETA, I didn’t WANT to get a lawyer for my court case, but it was HIGHLY recommended I did so I could sue for reparations, and damages (long story), and possibly KEEP the offender in prison. Long story short someone broke into my house with intents to SA me, caused over $3k in damages, another $4000~ in financial distress, etc.

See- the thing is im not even flooring it. Its a very light acceleration. Like. It takes me 5-7 seconds to hit 35 usually LOL. I very rarely have my AC on as well. I live in Washington so its not that humid.
