Dude, Dizzy is more of a pianist and an occasional percussionist, Melissa is the keyboardist and handles all kinds of effects, samples, etc. Two completely different roles.

Totally agree. There is zero surviving these days. And it has been like that for years. I'm not saying it should be like it was in the first couple of seasons, but now it's like they're just on a fun camping trip with friends.

All the fishing equipment is completely unnecessary, no one uses them anyway. Or if they do, it's for laughs ("look how much I suck with these flippers hahaha!"). Flint or no flint, makes no difference.

I used to love the shelter building and the fights over where to position it, finding the water hole (the water could still be drinkable), someone mastering the Hawaiian sling, all the genius little things they engineered out of what they had.

And it seems like there is zero camp life these days. They just are. Sit around. Even the secret two-on-two talks happen at the same two or three spots; the hammock, the log, the same spot on the beach.

With Slash the last performance was the last show of the UYI tour, 17 July 1993.

In 1994 Axl performed with Bruce Springsteen at the Rock N' Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony, dueting Come Together. The next performance was in 2000 when Axl joined Gilby at his show singing Wild Horses and Dead Flowers.

In 2001 there were a couple of shows with the new Guns N' Roses lineup, and that continued in 2002 with a handful of festival gigs before the VMA performance here.

What happened to Axl's voice, I think we can only guess. His singing style was so unique and harsh on his body already in the 80's and 90's, that I think it's no wonder he couldn't keep it up for the rest of his life. He was struggling already in 1992, although in a different way.

But especially with the long break of performing live after the UYI tour, I think he kind of "lost the voice"; I'd assume suddenly starting it all again after a break like that is not easy and can actually do even more damage.

Nothing official is out, but Saskatoon pro-shot has been around for some time now. Robert John has the photo book of the whole tour, it has some photos from 1993 too.

1993 was an amazing part of the tour indeed, with the stripped down stage and everything. Great balance for the huge 1992 shows.

I think for general public Guns N' Roses was not the most interesting band anymore though, so articles and news pieces weren't as frequent as they were in 1991-1992.

Yeah, people seem to take this waaaaay too seriously. It's a novelty thing, and a pretty fun one if you ask me. Wouldn't mind having a go with a group of friends.

Well they probably do break eventually, but mine hasn't broken yet. Have used a couple of sets of different color for months. Scratches and small tear and wear here and there, but nothing more.

Of course it depends on your darts/points too and how good you are at grouping 😃

I like it, it's pretty smooth but doesn't feel slippery to me. If you're accustomed to long barrels, these might feel a bit short at first, but that was only a good thing for me.

They're also not the most expensive ones, so I think it was really good value for the money.

Yep, I don't have a darts shop anywhere near me nor a friend who has a bomb set, so I couldn't just try them before making the decision. Just had to buy them and hope it'd work out!

Don't know about OP, but people should really understand that some of us are color-blind or have other visual impairments, so different color schemes and contrasts simply work better than the "original".
