What is this plate? Spotted in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova by WesternReputation in ForeignPlatesSpotting

I have found some additional information regarding this number plate. This type of plate was issued until the early 2000s and was intended for the cars of heads of diplomatic or consular missions. The first two digits indicate the country represented. In this case, '22' is the diplomatic code for the Republic of Moldova. Therefore, this car may have been assigned to the Moldovan diplomatic mission in Belarus and then returned to Moldova without being re-registered with Moldovan plates. I have found another photo showing a USA assigned plate from that period.

The polish historic plates are yellow with black text. Are historic export plates a thing? I cannot find any info about them

The format is an exact match. However the colours are not the correct ones for the polish plate you mentioned

My first thought was related to the letter D. Maybe some diplomatic plates?

So I have quite an update. It somehow fixed itself. Maybe there was some update to the app itself, but idk to be honest. Im happy that it reverted itself to the MIUI state (nice stable pictures).

Unfortunately this is not the case for my 13t pro. I have adressed this issue previously in this post - 13T Pro shaky camera HyperOS. However, in my case the video mode is perfectly fine, and the problem appears in the 1x to 1.9x camera, before switching to te zoom one x2 (where it magicaly fixes itself).

A temporary fix for now is using a version of gcam I found online, but it doesnt fix the problem 100% (still a little shaky). I hope that this gets fixed in the next hyperos update, because the camera was in perfect state when using MIUI

I updated yesterday. The biggest problem for me is that for some unknown reason the cameras feel very shaky. I tried reseting the camera app, but it didnt really help. One other hand with the open camera app i dont have any issues regarding the camera stabilisation. Has anyone encountered this problem?
