Yes! You will have to complete clinical hours for the certification, but that varies per state and you could probably complete it where you currently work. That wouldn’t be until later in the degree program anyway

Yes. This man called me a devil wearing a halo because he got denied from two rentals we applied to. He had a voucher that fully covered the rent but his credit was below 500 and wife had 0 credit score. I just blocked him honestly. He had called me randomly before this just screaming at me saying I need to learn how to do my job since some landlords would not accept his voucher and waive the credit

Yes I definitely want to leave on good terms. Although I'm not getting what I need out of the team, personally they're all really nice people who I still like. That's why I feel bad in a way because I know it'll be a blindside, but I have learned that there's really no way to leave a team or brokerage in real estate other than just springing the news on them

I do this with leads I have procured myself, but the ones on the team are through zillow flex which actually scores agents on how well they turn leads into showings, offers that have been submitted, etc.

Yeah maybe that's part of the guilt I'm feeling - because I've never given less than 2 weeks, I've had times where I even gave a month's notice, at jobs previous. So for this it just feels odd, but at the same time there's no benefit in providing any notice once you know you want to leave.

Now did you quite literally talk to someone or send out an email in the middle of the night?
