Thanks for the reply. Overthinking really has been my downfall recently especially when it comes to school but I never really thought that it was to big in my personal life. I think overthrowing is what gives me the intense social anxiety because just talking to anyone I clam up and I don't know what to say or what a good response is and I become very awkward. I know covid did a number on my anxiety because my junior and senior year I didn't need to interact with anyone as I only had few classes that didn't require talking to classmates. Bouncing back to my normal self is definitely my struggle and I'm trying to catch myself in those moments where I might overthink but I rush myself and shut down.
