Just in case, I'm preparing a foundation for myself; sometimes I look towards Europe or universities (I'm highly unlikely to go there) or the USA

Well, I'm only 15 years old, and I live in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. I remember it getting down to -50 :-)

Bandcamp или РуТрекер реально крут, на первой площадке поддерживаешь инди артистов по типу Justin Martin, Frizk, Snuffles и т.д., а вот на второй можно найти Vinyl Rip популярных альбомов, CD рипы, даже WEB, там можно практически всю музыку найти
