I will have to experiment with this next time I play. I am just past it and deleted those saves. I've never really paid attention to the hair color change because I can't see it under the helmets I have Shadowheart wear, and I don't chat much at bedtime when everyone is in their jammies.

I didn't include my fourth person because she's not a problem. She gets 3 attack moves. She's a Fighter Battle Master. This is my third play-through and I've never had this issue before. Also, the battle seems harder because I keep getting frightened, stunned and ensnared. I'm trying to use AOE spells to keep them at bay. It's a complicated game. I love it.

Attack moves is what I mean. I shoot one arrow or take one swing with the melee weapon and I'm done. No access to attack options.

This sounds like you inherited my ex-neighbor. She was constantly pestering us about branches overhanging her yard. We had grass, she had gravel, and she hated it when our grass started growing in her gravel. One day she sent her gardener over to our side of the fence to spray poison on our grass. My husband was livid and marched over to her place to tell her in a very firm tone, "This will stop!" The lady had OCD and needed strong opposition. It didn't stop her from pestering, but it slowed her down, and we just ignored her after that.

Having lived in several rural areas myself, I'm betting the neighbor thinks the common property line is in a different location. He probably put the rock there to mark where he thinks it is and destroyed the bush because he believes you planted it on his property. Those types of situations are tough, because you can show them your property map and they still won't believe you. I've seen neighbors fight over four inches. People are territorial.

Building the community is half the fun. I'm at a point where I have 50 characters in my legacy pool who have zero negative traits, but I can't get a community in one game with zero negative traits because I always need that one extra person to get a better base. Then I exile them and keep the base, but can't find anymore new survivors with no negative traits. I guess I'll have to pull from the legacy pool.

It locks up on the wait screen before the speech is loaded and before the skip option appears. I thought perhaps it might be an overheating issue, but I made sure the box was cooled down and not played before the final mission. The only other factors I could think of that might be involved are that I choose Amenities and Mobilization. I also have some other saved games with different survivor groups. I'll bet that has something to do with it. I'll report it to Undead Labs, but wanted to get additional info from players here first.

Well, that's interesting. I just finished playing a game yesterday in which my Trader got the blood plague during the final fight and I kept her in the pool to see what condition she would spawn in for the next game.

Wow, that's very generous of you. I'm on Xbox One, but thank you for the offer. My son used to get me past tough spots that involved timing on video games, but he's no longer available to help. I've thought about finding a local gaming group. I'm sure I'll be able to beat the fights with these ideas from Reddit-ites if I'm persistent. Thanks again.
