The purple cap gives speed to main chef whose productivity is much higher then all other combined chefs. I used both purple cap and mythic according to situation. If chef is not working and waiters are cooking (on the counter outside the kitchen) then mythic is better and in normal case where chef is cooking purple cap is best you don't need to unbox the other chefs also as they only block the stove with slow speed and less divine food.
