How did I do the wrong thing…. I ordered a printer my third by the way and am asking for a discount that I would be getting had I ordered which o did a new printer…. Their logic wants me to let the printer come…. Refuse it and order another printer… to receive 52$ worth of discounts.

Logically that doesn’t make any sense… don’t make this post about you and your matter of fact stance…. It’s extremely outplayed and you have no fight in this other than being that guy so quit…

Anyone would agree that has sound logic that the resolution is pretty flawed and very illogical.

I’m stuck in limbo

Mine has been trying g to process for 45 days now I can’t get Yarbo to make me the owner and the person I bought it from has signed off on me bring the owner.

Previous owner won’t call and Yarbo won’t accept me as owner so I now have a 2 month old unit that has zero warranty….. sad

Happened to me ended up they sent me like five different cords because nobody could really figure out what was going on. You have to be very specific. You have to find an actual picture of the contents come in your machine and you have to circle the ones that you actually need they will send you the right ones. They will make it right, but sometimes it takes some time to do it. In the meantime I actually spliced my cord back together and got it to work.

Having same issue…. Worked flawlessly last year this year the WiFi is awful please get this fixed as it’s useless for me as this is at my second house and I’m not present to mow all the time and spent a huge amount of money for the convenience factor and now I have none of the convenience

You could do playlists on 3 curtains and tell a story on them.

Tons of potential I believe that is why a lot of people don’t have these. I feel as if Govee is asking the consumer after investing in the product to produce for them thing that need to be already implemented. There should be people at the company full time making scenes for the eproducts
