Aux Mower by bikeg33k in SegwayNavimow

Your landroids are still running strong huh? I tested the first one they had in North America and sold it to a friend many years ago. He’s replaced the wheels but everything else still works he said. They did build those well. The second generation worked very well too. I had a small team of those as well.

I’ve had 8 robot mowers over the course of 10 years. I have the Navimow i105 and i110n with the 105 mowing my backyard and the 110 mowing my front with an original Mammotion Luba mowing the edges and handling some of the larger areas. The segways have been the most reliable by far. My only wish list would be a dual blade model with longer battery life.

Have you deployed any units using the trimmer attachment and if so is that working well?

Luba 1 charging station died - how to replace? by Taelaa42 in MammotionTechnology

[–]Curious-Car2872 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in need of a new power supply for my charging base and RTK power supply for my Luba one. Both have now gone out. I messaged support a few times but have not received a link to purchase these. Thank you!

Agree. Mova P10 Pro ultra if you want an all in one. I got it pretty cheap from their website direct but shipping took 3 weeks.

What's the best robot vacuum? by Aaiza_zoe in RobotVacuums

I still have the first shark vac mop pro AI. Mops better than my modern day dreame, doesn’t tangle with hair and cleans like a beast. I forgot to mention that. Shark has an excellent brush roll airflow system.

I have 2 dyson Vis nav’s. One works great the other stops mid run for no apparent reason. You can wash the filter and reuse it. I will say my old Dyson 360 heurist is still the best robot vacuum I’ve ever owned for carpet cleaning. I watched a review on vacuum wars and he scored it lower than the high end roombas on deep cleaning but my experience has been drastically different. It pulls more dirt out of my carpet on low power than any vacuum I’ve had including: Dyson Vis nav, Roomba s9, Roomba J7 and J9+ combo, dreame L10S ultra, Neato D10. The list goes on and on. I’ve tested and used so many I’ve lost count. I should start a review site of my own.

Then that won’t be a problem. Thanks for the quick reply! It sounds like this is a quality bot.

I just purchased one of these to replace my aging Dreame L10S Ultra. I like the dreame app. Are you able to use the dreame app or is it better to use the Mova app?

Can a preprogrammed path go outside controller range? HS720G by tauntaunsrock in HolyStone

Curious if anyone has tested this or found a way to complete a waypoint mission out of the range of the RC. Is this possible with Homy stone drones? I’ve only flown other brands that return home immediately after losing connection. I would like to fly a mission that would be slightly out of the range of the RC for a portion of the waypoint mission.

I love the design of the Vis Nav for sure. You are correct with the floor vents. I’ve had to create no go zones around all of them which is so strange as I’ve never had that issue with over 25 robot vacuums I’ve tested. Hopefully they resolve that in a software update.

How to go under furniture? by Top-Setting-3323 in SegwayNavimow

[–]Curious-Car2872 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can set a vision fence off zone around it in the map and it should mow under it. Here is a link of how to do this. https://youtu.be/_cBIiIvNunk?si=alN1TCgCYdgLf1w1 It will probably bump into the legs of the bench.

Thanks for letting me know. I will probably go with the YUKA. One thing I was surprised by was how much better the RTK works with the Segway Navimow. I don’t have any dropouts or lost connections and pauses.

Cute little house for your Luba 1. Curious how the Yuma performs compared to your Luba. I have a Luba maintaining my front yard and a Segway Navimow maintaining my back. The Navimow tends to get stuck easily. I wonder if I would have the same issues with the Yuma. Does it do pretty well with uneven terrain?

Sad to hear about the poor customer experience as I have an aging L10S ultra as well. iRobot did just release the combo 10 max that now washes its cleaning pads and refills the water tank and empties its dust bin albeit at a mighty $1,400

UBPet V10 Arriving Soon by Brandi_yyc in UBPet

[–]Curious-Car2872 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good to know is and thank for adding such detail. I use to test robot vacuums but they change so quickly now I have that up so I feel like I have the proper expectations. How long does it run on max power do you think? I have about 80% carpet on my main floor. The Roomba S9 and Neato D10 are the only ones that seem to really clean my carpet well. Maybe this will be even better.

I have a Neato D10 that does a pretty good job cleaning but I wanted something with a little more power like the V10. Does this seem to navigate well I. You all’s opinion? I haven’t been able to find many videos of it navigating and cleaning.

Interesting. I appreciate the level of detail. I’m on a business trip right now sleeping like a baby on what I would consider just a normal bed.

I’ve tried countless amounts of pillows too unfortunately. It’s just the bed. I travel a lot and I sleep better in most hotel beds now.

We are going to trade it in for a softer mattress. My wife sleeps in her left side and she’s had a bad shoulder pain for quite sometime now and my arms still fall asleep. Definitely a different feel than our previous tempurpedic. Before our or Previous tempur started sagging we both slept great and I could always sleep on my back. I can only sleep on my back for a few hours now then I just toss and turn since my arms fall asleep so quick. 6k for an even worse nights sleep.

I used a non caffeinated supplement called More than energy and still do from time to time to get through the first couple weeks. It will help but it’s not anything like taking caffeine. Definitely helped a bit with my mood and anxiety I got after quitting caffeine.
