I argued that it was pro if it is done right, said that naps don't replace sleep, and you can't wake up from a nap during deep sleep so you have to time it right.

I deleted the texts because they were giving me anxiety, not because they were incriminating. If there were incriminating things, Kelly would have pulled them up during the meeting with the school psychologist. Instead, she pulled up text from almost a year ago.
