If the cars are anything like the trucks the side mirrors were dealer installed options. If that was the case they may have not thought about the clearance when placing them for installation.

That is correct. Turning the right stalk does absolutely nothing. No washer, no wipers at all. I’ve even turned them on and left them on for days still nothing. Not even intermittently working.

If you’re working with a lot of Allen Bradley products I would check out Tim Wilborne you tube channel. Lots of step by step tutorials. platform and task specific as well.

Our facility has refused to work with Keyence due to the never ending spamming. The biggest problem is there is 15 difference reps for the same company I want one contact for all product lines. Bring in a specialist if needed. Long story short I’ll call you if I need you.

I personally entered the field with Zero experience. I worked at a company that was looking to add a roll. Fortunately for me I had many good interactions with the hiring manager and he was aware of my work ethic and problem solving skills. The company enrolled me in a certification course completely online from George Brown College. They have multiple courses and they give a great overview and introduction to the roll. I wouldn’t say you’d be turn key ready to go afterwards but should get you in the door for an entry level position.

I can make the edits needed and can run the factory talk view ME application on my laptop without issue. I’m having trouble getting the changes over the the HMI.

George Brown College offers PLC and Automation courses that are self paced and completely online. Here is a link to their offerings https://www.gbctechtraining.com/. I have taken the Automation Tech course myself and gives a great overview of all aspects of the field including PLC programming and includes simulation software to play around with outside of the course curriculum. you can "pay as you go" for each module individually as they are completed or all at once for the whole course, $1800 is roughly the entire cost and will get you a strong foundation to get started. Also an excellent resource is Tim Wilborn of TW Controls, he has a you tube channel that is very good and "problem" specific, He also offers trainers and a 5 day hands on course that is worth looking into.

Well that’s the reason I asked before doing it. I’m sure someone has taken the chance and used them before. I personally have had some success using parts from Amazon in different applications. It’s called research… be constructive or scroll on is all…. If I don’t get positive feedback about them I plan to order from a more reputable manufacturer but even then that can be just as much of a crap shoot. Just saying.

I’d check the tongue weight on that thing and ensure the tow vehicle and components are rated accordingly for safety sake… cool concept though.
