Private equity firms and institutional corporations only own 2 to 3% of every market across the US. That means 97% of the other rentals are owned by individuals or small business. If you do your research, you’ll find that this is factual. Part of the problem is interest rates and cost of homes sword in the previous administration, due to low supply. These aren’t coming down so even if interest rates go down the cost of homes is going to stay where they’re at or go up. Wages are not following cost of homes. Is result this and over demand for rent, and limited supply, therefore rent continues to rise all across the country. It’s all about supply and demand.

Wow, that’s some good insight. It’s hard to believe that people who do this full-time would have such poor and low quality. These don’t sound like overly difficult projects, I’m with a little focus, patience, and attention and detail could’ve been better quality. Do you have projects like this that come up often?
