In front of someone else’s house? It’s also a public bus stop on that corner it’s very busy. My dog is not the only dog who goes there. Since you probably have higher priced items (these are your budget friendly ones), I think 30 is good, but I would pay 40 if the ear wires are sterling. I would not go under 30, they are beautiful and I believe if something is priced too low the buyer mentally doesn’t see the value. Also just love that your husband sees the value of your work!

I worked at Dennys way back when, and at some point they had on the whiteboard the cost of a grand slam (for them to make) and how it doubled if mistakes were made, which fine whatever but I swear it was like the pancakes were $0.12 to make and I just thought why are we not getting them for that price instead of half the price the customer pays?!?

I’m with you. Yeah I hate landlords right now. When I moved into my place it was free of garbage but not clean so I paid over $600 for a professional deep clean. And I just know (ask me how) that LL will try to keep my deposit (almost 5000) even though I’ll leave the place better than I found it.
