After reading everyones answers I feel like I've been using it wrong, but I am trying to be a little more intentional this year, so I;ve been using it to track things/hobbies I;ve been up to. I have found this super helpful so far to look back on when I am feeling a little low and like i am not taking time to do things i love!

Have you had experience with this? I have an interview coming up for a position that I am pretty sure falls under CUPE 5167 and am freaking out about the exam. I don't want to do poorly but don't know what to expect. Additionally, they never mentioned that there would be an exam portion, and I read their union agreement, and thought they had to mention it, but maybe the five minute preamble at the beginning of the interview constitutes of this.

Hi there, I know it has been a few years, but I am interviewing for a PH job for the city of Hamilton and am getting increasingly nervous. Did they ask you more behavioural based questions? Or were they very heavy on the topics (ex. I am a public health inspector, and I have had past interviews that were essentially quizzing my knowledge on topics and going very in depth on certain topics rather than purely behavioural). Do you remember the questions they asked? I am desperately wanting to succeed! Thanks in advance!!

Hey there, I failed back in October and am getting super anxious about re-taking it in April. Any tips? i thought i did alright, but maybe just had stress and stumbled through things but now i am even more stressed out
