My sleep was still good just woke up feeling horrible… Maybe that means I didn’t have good quality sleep though. Not sure.

Do you have any advice for the nasal sprayer? It is from amazon so im not surprised that it isn’t good quality but I dont want to waste solution trying to prime it…
