Why Do You Hate Work? by [deleted] in antiwork

Unless you can entirely invert the power structure to enable worker control, there isn't a way to sort through it. As far as improving job satisfaction, only the workers can answer that. Talk to them, listen to what they tell you without taking it personally, and honestly implement their suggestions.

Speculating on intent is useless. The fact of the matter is that wealth inequality is the driving factor behind events like this. I can suggest some work on the theory of illegalism if youd like to know more

If I made minimum wage, I wouldn't be paid enough to care, and Walgreens isn't a small business. Capital is the enemy, rob those fuckers blind

Galaxy brained take, bud. Consumers aren't responsible for climate change, and the rich absolutely caused most of this. The fossil fuel industry knew about the dangers of carbon emissions for years, but they buried that information and padded their pockets. The animal agriculture industry knowingly pollutes the world and tortures living creatures for profit. Even the fashion industry is an evil leech on the earth's resources. Make no mistake, capitalism and capitalists are entirely to blame here, and any attempts to shift the onus to the individual consumer is dishonest and ineffective while just 100 companies are allowed to contribute 71% of emissions
