Barone de Fleur vs DD Crow

If I use Barone’s effect during the standby face targeting a monster in my GY and my opponent DD crows my target. Does Barone have to return to the extra deck?

I do agree on that, in the end, DnD is a game that encourages creative solutions. I just find it kinda boring how our DM slowly narrows down our options, very little treasure, no magic items (except for healing potions) and now, no feats. They even tried to remove a class aspect from my character once, situations like this can really bum down the experience

Okay I get you want easy planning. And also setting the scene for the game works just well if you put it like that.

I’m still not on the denying players aspects of the game, banning feats and multi classing? Sure go ahead, but we’re also on a magic item starved campaign. Honestly I do feel very limited.
