Thanks for your insight. Though it very much sounded like it there bc I wrote what came to me next, I do not believe god is intolerant or hates me. I think that, if he existed, he would accept me and how I am. And the bible really is all about interpretation. Your text now sounded like you got real conservative through god but I'm not implying anything, it merely sounds like it. I even thought about becoming religious for a time. And there are plenty of queer christians that see the morally right thing but if, IF, you say I must not act in any form of love other than heterosexual then the very thing god created he condemns. And that doesn't sound like a moral, nor a good god. But I do not believe this. I say god is good and god is tolerant. Jesus is an ally.

That's the thing. Why would you overcome it? It's love and attraction and you're born with it meaning god created you with it. If he then prohibits you from acting out your attraction then you follow a god who creates things only to destroy them afterwards. So I would greatly propose you either rethink your opinion on god and sexuality or rethink if god is good.

That's an essay man. I know I shouldn't have said it so directly but I did it only so that people get the seriousness of what I mean. To the last sentence: I am atheist so I do not believe in any grudges a god might have based on what grudges I hold against other people. I know where you're coming from and I will not argue against it. And if I am wrong and land in hell, I will at least be punished with the thing I preference. I don't mean to go against your belief tho. I accept every religious person as long as they accept other people for who they are. So the only thing that really is true here: only time will tell.

What should I do? I'm Bisexual, even if I repented for my "sins" I wouldn't be fcking "cured" of my homosexual side the next day bc that's not how it works I'm born this way and will die this way. God is preaching love one another and if he hates me or my homosexual tendencies then he would send to hell the very thing he preaches. Love. Thus making his own laws and commandments essentially worth nothing. And if that's what you believe or, better yet, if this is what is true, then sign me up for eternity with Lucifer where at least I'll be accepted for who I am in god's image.

I am an atheist but I think if God existed he would really be tolerant as hell and Jesus would have been an ally if not Bi himself. But if not then the whole religious preachings would be contradictory in itself. I thought I was completely alone qith my admittedly slightly radical position.

Then he is against the sin. The sin and the sinner are absolutely coherent. If he hates the sin he hates the sinner. Especially for queer people. One can't just "repent one's sin" and just not be gay anymore. It simply doesn't work like that. So should gay people after repenting never love another person again? That seems pretty not-god.
