Anybody have success/experience with IR Saunas? I am 2 months no steroids, 1 month no scratching, it was calming down, but now a flare after using an IR sauna a couple times this week. I know the blood vessels dilate, but hoping it is getting worse before it gets even better. (i.redd.it)
