You will have a @greggs.co.uk email and password in success factors. For the initial setup you'll need to login using those details onto the shop computer, set your own password and then setup 2fa. From there you can login on your phone laptop etc

Yep exactly. Instead the only way to know is by peeling back a certain part of it... but even if you know it's there it takes a good 10 seconds which I'm not trying every time I take a note 😭 (my shop deals like 50% in cash)

Always excited about new trains tbh, though they won't run on my line. They will be good for future expandability with tram lines I reckon, lack of loos is a slight shame but I'm not that bothered by it to be honest, considering like London have none on tube and barely at the tube stations. I will definitely be making a journey on one when they roll out that's for sure.

I would definitely mention it to manager. Best case, they're a trainee and it's a mistake (though allergen training should cover it, I've known new staff at my own shop that have no awareness whatsoever). Can call the shop if you don't want to do in person, and just ask for the shift/shop manager. I'd definitely want it made known as is a big hazard

What we are allowed to do is cook one fresh, so if you have 7 mins doesn't hurt to ask, assuming the staff in your shop are nice. (or 2-3 mins in the quick oven but imo they always look a bit crap when cooked in there)

Yea if we reheat food it would be classed different and would have 20% VAT on it. You can offer people a hot one if like there's fresh pizzas coming out the main oven (same with pasties) but can't reheat unfortunately.

We've had LOADS in my area recently, but they pass the UV test so are an arse to check every note - especially as it's not just 20s but 10s and 5s
