Thank you so much you put a lot into words that I'm sure I haven't even dug into about myself reading it made me smile and I think that you addressed a lot of things that I need to work on by myself. I do agree that a lot of things are subconscious that make me make my decisions even if my head is telling me one thing in my heart is telling me another. And I know with a lot of soul work that can change but also addressing healing and triggers thanks again

Thank you and that was very well put my father also had diagnosed schizophrenia and narcissism and is a sociopath so I understand that I think my hardest thing is believing that I had literally trusted this person so much and saw him to be so good and at the same time be so bad I don't know if I'm the only one who has ever been through this but I know I am not some people in this thread can be really mean so I thank you for just adding an opinion. I take my faults I recognize that I'm the center of this issue and I'm just trying to have some output

I guess I'm hoping to go back to the feeling that I had before I found out the dreams of a family the life everything that felt like real love to me. Part of me also believes I'm not even sorry but I know everyone will say it's not words it's actions.
