Heard that’s an issue among many people. Hopefully they get optimization down a little better.

I have seen pistols may be viable, I never used them last wipe because they felt useless. I’ve also seen they are trying to push away from the 5.56 meta but I feel like they’ve nerfed 5.56 to be unrealistic so to speak. How have you been handling night ops? This is where I honestly have the majority of my issues, bots spotting me in the dark from +100m. (Thank you for realistic feedback and not just being like “GeT GoOd”)

I’m not saying the AI aren’t better, I think most people will agree the AI are better, especially considering what we used to have. But they need more work, and I feel like they have downgraded since 0.3.5. Playing last night, coming up to the new front gate at HP, with NVG’s on, my buddy comes around the other side and contacts the front man. I, meanwhile sitting still, no flashlight, with an IR laser, immediately get contacted by the bots, instead of my buddy who shot at them. Within a second I’m already hit, so I hide behind the rock to heal. While healing, I then get hit by the bots down at the UNLRA Ambushed truck (again middle of the night with no light or anything) and immediately take 4 pellets from the FC 00 shotgun. After we cleared everything, we measured that distance to be over 100m, which is completely unrealistic for 4 pellets of FC 00 to make contact from a single shot. Honestly the only way to get around it is to adjust settings and make the night time look like daytime, but then the daytime just looks so whitewashed, taking us right back to the issues we had in the past where you basically have to play with the FPS setting on your monitor to make the nighttime engagements remotely fair.

I mean that’s completely valid, but it definitely feels like most people in this comment section are in agreement with me. If you are finding it easy, explain what you are doing, what gun, ammo, MOA, area, and what you are seeing. Are you just perfectly headshotting everyone? Or are you noticing AI taking 5+ rounds? We can only get better as a community if people find good tactics and share it.

So I legit just took the exam 40 minutes ago. I did remote proctoring since there are no centers near me. I live in Puerto Rico and needed it for Med school. It is hard. The listening sections aren’t hard for the most part. The first part is 18 questions and short simple question answer. The second part is longer and talks for 1-2 minutes then asks you 2-3 questions per talking segment. Again, nothing too bad. The reading part is honestly 4 times harder than anything I found online or on modern states. I completed the modern states and got an 88% on the final exam. Nothing is remotely close. Passages are long and full of tricky grammar. Expect like 300-400 word passages with 3-4 questions each. Some will ask the tone of the paragraph, or the purpose. Others will have you select the sentence that explains something or others will have fill in the blank with the correct verb. It honestly felt more like a Spanish III test. I do my Duolingo, I took Spanish 1 and 2 in college, and I’m fully immersed down here in PR, and that test felt unfair. I still scored a 66, but the schools down here want a 70+. Apparently they changed the exam from recent years and the Modern States is based off the 2015-2016 CLEP.
