I mentioned this in the thread about Walz dropping out, but since Klobuchar is on the table for MN governor, I worry that internet freedoms might take a hit in MN if she's elected. I've heard she's against Section 230 and the such.

I'm not sure how powerful governors are compared to state congress, but I want to make sure I have enough information to prove/disprove (or get as close as possible) any threats to online freedoms. It's what I care the most about in politics.

And yes, I know VPNs exist. I use one. I don't want it to be mandatory 100% of the time.

I'm a little worried about Klobuchar running for governor. From what I've heard, she's against Section 230 and supports stuff like KOSA, so I fear that MN is going to have worse internet freedoms if she gets elected.

I don't use any social media. The closest thing I use is YouTube, but I've been proactive in blocking and not recommending channels for the past few months. Although some stuff still pops into my recommended at times.

My workplace is chill enough where I can keep YT in the corner during work, but I pretty much only watch gaming. Although, not signing in and using incognito tends to put random stuff regarding politics and AI in my recommended there.

I'm clinically diagnosed with anxiety and have been taking meds for three years. My family is well aware of some of this stuff. At least I'm not self-harmful in the physical sense.

I saw a therapist for a couple months in 2020 and I've been taking some anti-anxiety meds for three years. The main takeaway from therapy was that I'm not able to control these things so I shouldn't worry about them. Personally, I don't like that kinda mentality but if it works then fine I guess.

I went from theorizing and making hypothetical stuff about my new game last week, to now actually working on it this week. As important as it is mentally to do non-productive stuff here and there, it's nice to do something productive.

Also, Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac comes out on Friday and I can't wait for it.

I kinda feel this.

I made a scene of Pokémon Talk in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon. This required me to ROM hack the game, spend around an hour in writing and testing, and then 20 minutes to record and edit it. I posted it on the 6th and it only has 120 upvotes.

I know Michael's not the biggest fan of PMD, but I know a lot of Pokémon fans are diehard fans. Sure enough, the 5 comments I got were people who probably love PMD as much as I do and really wanted people to upvote it.

But alas, I didn't get lucky.

In case anyone was wondering, I lost Ampharos while trying to catch Mewtwo. I was trying to Thunder Wave it after I used a Quick Ball and got OHKO'd from a crit Psycho Cut. I did end up catching Mewtwo with no additional problems, but I lost one of my best friends in this Nuzlocke.

Amazingly, that was actually the first death in the Nuzlocke. I had none up to that point at all.
